The production site in the south of Oostende is located in the city’s Industrial Plassendale Park and belongs to the Smart Materials Division, part of the Silica Business Line. The history of the Plassendale park goes back to 1912.

A motivated team of around 41 employees works in Oostende to produce and distribute silica in various packaging forms to our valuable clients.

Production of precipitated silicas for anti-caking and carrier applications in the feed and food industry, as well as thickeners and cleaning agents for the toothpaste industry.
