Evonik announces price increase

Effective April 1, 2010, or as contract terms allow, Evonik Industries’ Household Care Business Line will increase the prices for all products marketed in Europe in the range of 10 %.

These price increases are primarily being driven by increased cost for major raw materials used in the production of the cleaning and softening products – including quaternaries, specialty surfactants, organo modified silicones, and performance additives.
