Price Rise for PLEXIGLAS® and DEGLAS® Sheet Products

Darmstadt. - Effective 15 September 2009, Evonik Röhm GmbH is increasing its prices for the PMMA sheet products it markets under the PLEXIGLAS® and DEGLAS® trademarks. As far as permissible under existing agreements, the prices for all products will be raised by seven percent.

The price adjustment is due to the sharp rise in feedstock costs. 



The Performance Polymers Business Unit of Evonik Industries is a worldwide manufacturer of PMMA products sold under the PLEXIGLAS® trademark on the European, Asian, African and Australian continents and under the trademark ACRYLITE® in the Americas.
