Corporate Values

Our corporate values "Courage to Innovate", "Responsible Action" and "Sparing no Effort" constitute the cornerstones of our corporate culture. The corporate values describe what Evonik stands for, namely the balance between economically successful, ecologically responsible and socially appropriate behaviour. Such behaviour needs to be followed by our employees as well as expressed towards our shareholders, business partners and other stakeholders. By living those corporate values we are deemed a good and well regarded corporate citizen.

Our three significant corporate policies form the pillars of our Evonik corporate values: our Code of Conduct, our values for ESHQ and our Global Social Policy. These principles represent the legal and ethical guidelines for our business behaviour.
