Publication of Evonik's securities prospectus

The prospectus for the planned stock exchange listing of shares in Evonik Industries AG was published on April 22, 2013. The decisions on admission of the shares to trading on the regulated market segment and the sub-segment of the regulated market with additional post-admission obligations (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and on admission to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange were announced on April 24, 2013. Trading commenced on April 25, 2013.
