Talent Development

These scholarships, which are awarded by the German government in collaboration with private sponsors, are designed to counter the shortage of skilled staff and encourage more young people to take a university degree.

For many years, Evonik has also supported research projects for dedicated undergraduate and post-graduate students through the Evonik Foundation. Regular meetings with these young scientists give them an early insight into day-to-day work in the field of specialty chemicals and position us as an attractive employer for talented youngsters.
